Our beautiful Garden Offices provide a striking, yet complimentary, addition to any garden – combining quality timber joinery, large expanses of double-glazing and a maintenance-free insulated roof system.

The Garden Office range, as the name suggests, is principally used as a practical, cost effective home study in the garden – albeit a contemporary design, durable and fully equipped workspace.  Again, incorporating the best in modern construction techniques, the Garden Offices offer practical features and focus on low maintenance, value for money living and working space.

The Garden Office is distinguished by the use of a large area of glazing to the front elevation of the building, comprising a large set of French Doors to open out onto the garden and, on larger buildings, with glazed wall sections to flood the room with natural light. 

Our standard specification utilises Light Oak finish PVCu doors and windows for low maintenance and high levels of security, with multi-point locking systems and toughened double-glazing.  Add to that our maintenance-free insulated roof system and the revolutionary organic timber cladding and you have a comfortable, versatile living space with the minimum maintenance required for a long useful life.

Each office has fully insulated walls, roof and floor and is designed to be a versatile and comfortable room for use all year round. All offices are fully equipped with double-glazing and are pre-wired for light, power and heat and can be installed anywhere in the UK. When the office construction is finished the Simply Home Office team will deliver and assemble your chosen furniture and you’re ready to move in!

Ideal for the organic garden

All timber used on our buildings have been sourced from well managed and sustainable sources, not least the unique cladding we use to form the non-glazed walls. Simply Home Office have partnered with the first company in this market to utilise a revolutionary new timber cladding, which has been specially treated for long life – up to 30 years without the need for additional preservative – and with no chemical additives used in it’s treatment. The superior performance of the cladding has been achieved by the controlled application of heat and steam to bring about its unique durability and long life. As such, it doesn’t need to be treated with further preservatives, although you can apply natural wood oils or wood stains to add to it’s durability and enhance the colour.

Foundations and Connection of Services

All our buildings are installed on suitable foundations as part of the price - you do not need to do anything other than clear your garden to ground level.  We use an environmentally sound system of adjustable piles made from recycled rubber, which have been safely used in the portacabin market for over 20 years.  We can also provide a full service to manage the connection to power and provision of telephone and network cabling – we will conduct a full site survey and detail a separate quotation, however, if you wish to use your own electrician, we are happy to provide plans for them to work from.
